roadway.com

i bought a jet ski on ebay and they shipped from south dakot for about 350 bucks.

i later sold the same jet ski and had it shipped to delaware with roadway, only because they were the cheapest. total weight was around 600 - 650 lbs. and it cost me about 300 bucks.

best thing is to have it shipped to a freight terminal, if not it will cost you an arm and a leg to have it sent to a residential area, plus there are huge charges for truck rear lifts.

what i did with mine to crate it, was.......
i got two pallets from a local supermarket and joined them. this was the bottom of the crate. then i added the walls and roof on the crate with some extra plywood i had = cheapest way.

I bought a ski froma forum member 2 weeks ago and I just had the ski delivered today from a shipper I used on www.uship.com

Pretty neat, they sorta work like Ebay. the shippers bid for your business. Use one with a good feedback rating, not necessarily the lowest price.

The ski arrived safely, and it was a painless trasnaction. I would use them again. Wink

i needed to ship the trailer also....daily direct was the only one who would ship it as one unit, ski and trailer. decided not to do it. 1500 is WAY too much. for 3k i could buy a used xl in south florida and leave it there!

thanks for the input guys!
