I have read some negative things posted from time to time here on the board about Riva customer service. I felt obliged to also post on how RIVA handled my purchases.
I have to say that Riva has been courteous, professional and informative. Pete at Riva handled my internet orders with great speed. When the parts were shipped, I would get an e-mail confirming this. I then would get a call from Pete at Riva to let me know first hand that my order was on the way. I also had some tech questions and he took the time to answer them.
I just wanted to spread the word that Riva will continue to have my business (Brett at TSI Performance is also just as good).
I only wish you guys were somewhere around Myrtle Beach too :-)

I ordered the billet impellar boot a couple of weeks over the internet. I ordered it on a monday and it was at my house friday. Maybe being close to Florida may have a little something to do with it, but it came sooner than I expected and it looks awesome on the front of my Solas 13/19. (Like to see good news posts)
