I do miss walking but I miss riding the most. I just started walking without any type of support and nothing on my leg yesterday. Hopefully I won't have a limp after a week or so.

quote: I think there has been some pictures posted of some surf accidents on here over the last month.
I personally know of a couple, including one, that where his legs slipped off the back (no shoes)of the ski, the pump housing came down and slit his left leg from kneecap to ankle right down the front of the shin bone. The right knee cap, was cracked into 3 pieces as well. He lost his construction job, and was out of work for 6 months...just wave jumping. He was getting some massive air...
Ouch ... guess next time he'll make sure he has shoes on. That's also another reason to own a Yamaha; most skis don't have steps for your feet to rest on while jumping waves. My feet are always slipping out of place when I jump waves with my friends Ultra150. [ 07-18-2003, 10:43 AM: Message edited by: WaveRunnerGreg ]
