Count Waverunner! I finally got the tall flame arrestors to fit, by using a cut up plastic bottle as a shoe horn, and pulling it out of the way as the rubber boot slipped in place. Less than an sixtenth of an inch clearance on mag from FA to wall.

Mark - mine fit without the shoe horn, even with RPM's spacer in place.

Mine actually ripped the boot, trying to GENTLY put it in place. I tried greasing the lip, and putting it in, but it kept folding under.

I was pretty stoked to get them to go on with the plastic shoe horn. I pulled the hardest one, on the front off, and did it again, just so I could be sure, I could do it at the lake. here is a pic of it...
