So have all the Canadian's here passed the boating test and got thier Boat Operators Card?
If not, you can't operate your PWC in the spring!!

We have family there (NF area). What US state safety cards will they accept? Have a URL?

Yes, here is the link, regardless of age, you have to have one if you live in Canada as of Sept 2002. It's another money grab, but its the law.

I do not live in Canada, do I need to get my Operator Card?

Non-residents operating their pleasure craft in Canadian waters after 45 consecutive days will require an Operator Card. An operator card or equivalent issued to a non-resident by their state or country will be considered as proof of competency.
