You cant even race that boat unless it's mod class...due to having to cut parts of the inside liner of the hull out to fit the pipes.....Plus every part is a ***** to find...or replace...for most people

It looks like Chris Lawerance's boat from the world finals that was for sale ...but looks a little cleaner....I dont remember if cluggage had a triple exhaust back then or not....I know Lawerance did......

Yes Macs boat had the tripe exhaust and had to put hoses on them to force the noise into the water. Scott Robinson's boat which I believe was Lawrence's boat was outlawed begining this season and is now running a single pipe, very detuned, dut man that beast still sounds great!

That was my first triple pipe ski and was built here in Va out of parts bought from the race team.It would need some freshening up to be as fast as the one i have now.different porting ,timing ,etc.that was the first #66 ski.ahhh the memories.Havasu in 99 out front in the main and a pipe broke.bummer.Hopefully my ski will be a bit quieter at the next round,i am building a water box for it now.scott

Mac did have triples back then.In 98 they built a carbon fiber triple pipe power valve stx.{i would love to have one}he also had a triple pipe zxi.can you imagine a zxi with that much power?i know he said his zxi 750 which was also a carbon fiber p/v ski would run close to 70.I had a chance to get one of the p/v 1200's that they had left and passed on it cuz i was running on the tour.now i wish i had just for a lake drag ski.that would be fun ,paint it all back stock with stock stickers an go ambush people.scott

Scott, make sure that watebox doesn't take that explosive sound away, that's my favorite thing about that ski.

should sound pretty interesting.im making it out of a zx1100 motorcycle canister.it will be 3" all the way out.i miss having the triples,now i am gonna have to ride harder.i was enjoying making one hard lap and then putting my finger behind the throttle.the single leaves good but just doesnt have the juice in the mid like the triples did.not to mention about 5mph off the top end.oh well all i can do is try an keep the cosca bumble bee off my butt.see you in Nj ,scott
