Bought a starter bendix from yamaha 7 ken moore and ski would still not start so ordered a new one from riva. put it in and it fired right up with no problems. its been months and he wont answer my calls nor pms. he sold me a bad part and wont do the right thing and give me my money that i deserve back. thats bad business. ive did business b4 with him and it went smooth. i dno y he'd be like this so beware members.

I don't see a listing for 'yamaha 7'. Are you sure that is the correct format, spelling, and/or forum members user name? Please check your notes and let me know. I want to make sure the right person is identified. Thanks!

Ken has been out of the country for about 6 months now and every part he has sold has been fully tested before it ships also his policy is no refunds on electrical parts as is every parts store there is not one part since he been selling parts since 2000 has been returned as bad he stopped selling parts in late 2004 unless he has small parts laying around that people would request he looks for or a part that is wanted by someone I am a very close friend of his and he asked me to go through and clean out his email accounts and i seen this email with a riva return email and opened it i just been deleteing everything i use to help him box and ship the parts so i am well aware of what care and up most pride he had by selling quality parts to people for a very cheap price since he knew and knows a lot of people in the industry he has a good rep. with everyone he know and those that know him no he does not rip people off I will be hearing from him in about 2 more weeks and i will let him know about this incident

as stated in my post. it was a starter bendix that he said a friend bought and tried to start his ski with and it didnt start. ken said it wasnt the problem it was something else. so ken told me he had a new bendix that only been put in and pulled back out. he said it is in perfect working condition. he said if you can grab it and turn it. it should kick out and kick back in or somethin like that well it did like he was saying. i put it in adn it didnt fix the problem so my mechanic said this part is bad. he was positive my bendix was bad so i ordered a new one from riva and ski started up perfect ever since. no other changes at all. i know the part was bad maybe ken didnt know but thats not my fault that i recieved a bad part. that he guaranted was good. ive dealt with him several times and he helped me out greatly. he is an awesome guy. i know he was out of town as i spoke to him a long while ago. philipines i think. he was texting me trying to tell me other things that could be wrong with my ski. instead of understanding that it was the part i got from him. he texted me for a while then when i tell him i got a new bendix and it works. he wont text me back. its weird that he could text me b4 but not now. i hate this because hes a great help definently with finding parts. i just want this fixed.

ken "joe pesci " moore ( for all you that may know him that way if you raced between 2000-04 ) does not have his cell on anymore there cost like $25 per message he sends and if someone messages him a call comes in on his phone it is nearly $25 even if he does not answer his 1 st months bill from people calling and leaving messages and text messages was over $3500 he calls every 2 weeks from a payphone with calling card to check on things as i said i will contact u when i get word from him what to do my suggestion send the part he sent you back to the house where it was sent from once i get it back i will also let him know it was the part he sent out he marks all his parts with a mark some where on them if you do not have the address anymore email to email address from this web site

I just want to thank you for filling me in on all of this. i hated to do it cause he has always been a very nice guy to me. i did not know about the text and phone. he did not mention it when we talked while he was down there. i will ship the one he sent me and the old one. thank you sir.

No Problem he did not know and T MOBILE told him there was no other charges for texting so he just stopped using the phone ( phone card) and using pay phones it will be taken care of when he contacts me and I get the part back
