We're in Pensacola this weekend on vacation, and I pulled the trigger finally (after 37 years).
We were on a pier at sunset, looking over the water and enjoying the breeze. Sucked it up, dropped to one knee, and popped the question. She said yes, after crying like a baby for a few minutes. I need to let my ole lady read this... She been pressuring me and we only been together for just shy of 6 years! Told me I had till our 6th "anniversary" to get engaged (again) or else she was hittin the road!! Sure gonna miss her...
