David's XPL was flying! The race combined both the Novice 1200 Stock and the Pro-Am 1200 Stock classes. Of course it is hard to tell one from another once they leave the line and head out yonder for that first far buoy, but he was the third one through the first checkpoint and stayed there throughout the entire race! Finishing 1st in Novice (and 3rd in Pro-Am) with a large lead on second place! It was awesome! He ran so well, they tore down the class to look at his boat.

David, people were saying you should move up to Pro-Am. Beginner for Round 5, Novice for Round 6 and Pro-Am for Round 7! LOL. Congratulations!

I'd like that movie as well. MY email is in my profile, so you can just click on the email icon above this post.

Wish I would have known you were there, I would have liked to have met you. Heck, I probably saw you even on Saturday.

Thanks and congrats on your results,

Jarrett

Hey Jarrett, can you do a copy on CD-Rom? If not, I can mail David my work address and do it there (never work at home till we get DSL!).

Thanks,
dc

I'll go out and grab some firewire again since another cable has gone missing now.. Smile
Since most email boxes are limited to 10-20 megs I will probably make it available as a download off PWCRacer.com via either ftp or link. I'll also see what I can do about making it a .mpeg as well as windows media file.
If you want a full higher-res copy of the Pro-Am SS event (and anything else I can fit on the tape for the day) you can SASE me a CD-R (16x or better) and I will burn it for you and send it back to you for free. Just send me an email if interested and I will give you my mailing address.

XR, thanks a bunch for the complements but I'm going to hang in novice for a while! Smile We'll see if I can keep up with everyone at the next race, or maybe it was just a fluke thing in Belton? Wink

Check out the results of the 1st - 5th place times, Pro/Am R/A 1200 Superstock. The first five positions were not even 1 minute a part. Younts(2nd place) was only 7 seconds behind Avery.

No Suz just watching. Cant chance or afford to put any more money into the ski's. The two sets of pistons on the XPL(DAMM WISECO PISTONS & SEA DOO FUEL LINES) and the Advent for the GPR is really hurtin me right now and Daddy needs a new set of tires fot his truck too. I might bring them to play around with though. They are both running really good right now. Going to Sommerville tommorrow(with TSR) for a little tunning though on the XPL. Got a slight bottom end bog.

Jeff
