I have a Traxxas Nitro-4-Tec as a play car for the street.

10% Nitromethane.
Acura NSX body (Bolink)
Electric Start
M.I.P. temp guage
Airtronics 2-channel
Balanced wheels/tires
All wheel drive

I want to get new aluminum wheels for it and a G-35 coupe body next. Maybe a Trans-Am body.

Coop, those 1/8 scales are wicked, especially with .21!!

GP1200R-racer, those OS CV15R motors are sweet. I see pipes on ebay really cheap. If I played with it more I would get a pipe. but this thing scoots just how it is.

I have seen some with some weight reduction done to them, starter removed, lighter chassis, lighter wheels and a really aero body and they Go !

I have been a RC-10L, RC-10 and Losi guy for years. but since owning this Traxxas, I can't complain.

Here is a cool site if you ever buy sell or trade. http://www.rb-rc.com/

Here is something I have always wanted to get into if there was a track nearby. RC Drag racing

For two years, I have been eyeballing a Miss Budweiser Hydroplane at Issaccs Hobby Center on I45 in Clear Lake by Baybrook. They have a 1/10 scale and a 1/4 scale. Both gas powered. I would love have a boat to piddle with on the two lakes in my neighborhood.

Does Larry's have a track? Strip? Or road course?

I want to be drug around the sand at the beach.

RX951- You're absolutely right about our toys... My girlfriend just can't understand the rush of buying a bigger, faster motor... Spending hours trying to get it tuned properly for optimum HP... Spending hours interchanging parts to make it handle better... THEN... Running that SOB wide open over the biggest dirt mound in the county to see how high or how many flips it'll do before crashing to the ground to start all over again. IT'S A BLAST!!!

Rx,

Yes it's a 16/15/3 Right now with my current prop it's pulling just above 30amps !! I run a 3 cell li-po pack on it 2400mah I can run it at a constant 160mph for about 4 min before I have to back off because the pack gets really warm. It will average about 120-130mph at 3/4 throttle. It's about the same size as a 1/8 scale buggy. The plane it's in is call a Pelikin Dynamic.
