RIVA charges 625% more when ordering rivets for the gpr by phone. I was told they were a dollar each by a parts rep, and on the internet they are 16 cents each.

How can they justify that markup? Why is this special price only offered to internet orders?

they obviously are not loosing money on that product because everyone must order from the web site after they hear the price differences.

How can they justify that? They should extend the same "discounts" to the people who call or walk in. I know they are still pulling the parts from the same bin in the back room.

I ordered the stuff from the internet. I like to keep my money in my bank acccount.

Riva is still a number 1 company, but I am slightly disturbed with the way they are conducting thier sales/discounts.

Just go down to your local hardware or fastener store and get them.
