2 weekends ago I lost the shoulder bolt and the spring that goes with the Wet Wolf AAT. I have had some trouble getting my ski over 7100 rpms this winter and found that the AAT works with my ski best when I am running around 7150 rpms. I must have dropped the bolt and spring in the lake and will never see it again, so I e-mailed the wolf and asked him how much for a replacement and he said that the first bolt and spring was free and he would send it in the mail. Today I recieved the bolt and spring in the mail just like he said. Now that is customer service at its best. Thanks Wolf.

I also had 2 ocassions to contact Bruce. He promptly returns calls, is a man of his word, and it is very evident that he takes pride in customer satisfaction. Also his ATT performed to my expectations.

Rich, glad you got the bolt. I do my best to keep my customers happy. More than once, i have told folks not to buy an AAT because there are other more important mods that need to be done to their craft before they can take advantage of the performance that the AAT can offer.
I may not be filthy stinking rich yet, but I'm filthy and stinking, and 2 out of 3 ain't bad!!! |

I was also happy with my AAT. It consistantly added 1 MPH or better on my GPR with 13/19 setup. And Bruce was extremely nice to work with.
