Someone I know wants to buy an stxr but they prefer the 2002 colours and all the dealers only have 2003's now,.....anyone know of a new 2002 anywhere?

Amazing, Not 1 dealer called back!!
Before I take a drive down to my nearest dealer, I made 3 call's to try and find out prices and to see if there are any 2002's left anywhere else(new)......just doing some home work, but ready to spend.
Man! you cant even burn $7G's when you want to.

11 just pointed out to me that the 2003's have new pumps and some other improvments, so now (despite how ugly the 2003's are) I need a price on a 2003.....whats the best price youve heard off? I know a dealer that has 2 2003's what should I pay for 1???

Originally I was aim at the Honda 3 seater since mostly use for pulling skier and chillin on the water w/ my wife, but if the price is right I think Ill give 2002 STXR a shot.

Any one has a problem for STXR pulling skier??

I Called both dealer today, and they do have 2002 STXR available, as a matter of fact Im in the middle of negotiating w/ the one in long island, Lets try not to compete w/ each other over the price.
The Dealer will win if we do

C4, I was thinking the same thing....But Im going for a 2003 instead. I am not running after any of these dealers....I will take my time and find the right deal (cant ride for another 5 months anyways) So far, I had a chance to buy a new 2002 for $6999, but waited a couple days too long. I know they were not loosing money at that price, so I figure I will pay a little more for the 2003, but im NOT paying over $8k for it. I might be able to get the 2003 from the dealer I've been talking to for $7500, I think that is a fair price.

Well, since all the dealers want $8300 for the 2003 and dont want to budge I will wait til closer to the summer....no need to buy it to look at im my garage if im not getting a deal, Besides its hard to swallow right after missing a 2002 for $6999 by a DAY, and letting one go on Ebay for $7300. I thought these were just average prices. Looks like I missed some good deals. If anyone knows where I can get one for lets say $7500 (2003) I have my credit card ready
