Oh I can definatley agree with that. Don't know how many times I have called the shop and Dana is either out riding his pwc or he left early to go snowmobiling. I would have fired his *** by now if he worked for me.

Pat, the company name is NOW! AudioVideo. We have 6 stores in North Carolina and 1 store in Knoxville Tennessee. We install AMX (Phast or Panja whichever there using today), Crestron, Elan, Niles. This is the main ones we deal with. Who do you work for?
