i'm glad you understand wear i'm comeing from i was waiting to see if you would respond to my last post i read yours then deleted the thread,im glad to hear it was a joke.should have given you more credit for intelligence before i started my rant but i am definetly a hardcore fanatic about this sport and very woried about it's future. i have been doing this for ten years and have seen peapole almost killed by simple ignorance/arogance. my bud art had to jump right over some clown who decided he was going to cut around him frome behind right as art was coming off of a wave,if he had landed his xl on him it would have been the end of him and jet skiing at hampton beach for all of us. it wasent even crowded but he kept buzzing around us like a swarm of bees.trying to show off how fast his new gpr was. we saw him later chuging a beer at the boat ramp, after we left i regreted not confronting him even though he's a D*%k it's not going to do any of us any good if he gets killed doing that crap. any way thats kinda why i'm the way i am. it may not be my busnes but it still effects us all ya know.
by the way i'm not down south i'm in new england.
wear do you ride?
peace
chris.

No problems GPX. Come to think of it, someone got killed drinking and riding on my lake last year. The guy was totally smashed and it was about 11pm (pitch black) and he rode his pwc w/ girlfriend on the back out on the lake and hit a boat at high speed, in the dark!! Killed his girl friend and paralyzed the guy in the boat. Very bad deal.

I ride in Eastern Wash and North Idaho. The weather here gets distinct four seasons, which makes summer about four months. Probably similar to Mass. Not too many PWC's here because people don't go if its under 70 air temp. But the sport is just too great to give it up in September, so we ride early and late into the season. The last time I was out was end of Oct and the air temp was 59 - ouch!
