tell me why you guys have e mail , every time i try to contact your parts department with a
question concering a price of a part in the
catalog , the response is call.long distance calls
cost money, more than an e mail( which i know is
technically also a long distance call).how long
does it take to simply type the price in as opposed to responding to an e mail request with
call me.you might as well not have e mail.

Well, we have e-mail as a means of internal communication for information and...... Just trying to lighten the situation a little!

Sorry for the inconvenience. Are you receiving an automated response or direct response? Why would you use regular long distance dialing when we have a toll free line? Are you outside North America?

I would suggest that you use our online catalog if you're looking for prices. There may be a few items here and there that aren't listed, but I'm updating the site constantly.
