I am thinking about purchasing a 2002 LX2000 demo with 50 hours, plus a 1 yr warranty on the engines. This being my first boat, what should I look out for? What price range would be considered reasonable?

Also, other than Ebay, any suggestions on a good source for used jet boats. Thanks.

and if you are in Southern California the recycler. Also your local newspaper might have something. I wouldnt do business on ebay for boats or watercraft anyways. You are taking a chance with a demo because they didnt break in the engine so you might have problems down the line, in you only plan on a short itme ownership then there should be no real problems or risk.
