These kinds of articles shouldn't even have a place on the web.... They are VERY misguiding and uneducated non-boaters are led to believe that there are no regulations set for PWC's... When in reality we have to follow all the boating rules, and then some!

Most of us wouldn't own a four-stroke (in there current form anyway) but I think in the long run they will be much more environmentally friendly and thus very good for the industry. Two strokes by their very nature are too noisy, so we all become easy targets for criticism.
I'm so sick of this **** ! Why don't we ban PWC's, motorcyles, snow mobiles, and ATC's while we're at it too? We're all just crazed speed freaks(no offense Speed freak!) out to terrorize the innocent, law abiding boating public! It's the jet skiers that pollute the most, throwing beer cans in the water, leaving diapers and bags of trash on the beaches, right? MY *** ! I don't need to vent my aggresions on the coastal waters, I can do it right here, or from the nearest bell tower!
