That is a fair argument but catching these guys takes time and a lot of hard work which we are doing. You say the leaders slip away? Remember we CAUGHT the FORMER leader of Iraq (hiding in a hole like a rat I might add) and we wiped out the two sons who were extremely high up as far as leader rankings go. Patience RP, patience. We have captured many of the high ranking former leaders and will capture more in time.
