For 3 weeks I have been trying to get some prices from Riva for parts for my SKI, Quad and Street Bike.

I emailed a salesman @ Riva almost 3 weeks ago for parts. I found the parts I needed and part# online at Yamaha.com
Sent Riva salesman the list with part #'s and I still have noo prices on the parts.

One salesman replied in email 4 times stating I was not in the computer, he could not find my name, ect..
About 2 weeks go by and I managed to talk to someone else at riva and he said a salesman would call me right back, which a different salesman did.

This salesman didnt want me to sound off all the part #'s over the phone and wanted me to email them to him. So I did, he got the list and once again sat on it. I emaied him again and he said he forgot about the list and sent my email list to another salesman that is never in.

RIVA YOUR LETTING ME DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Heck I did half the work, I looked up each part and part# allready.

RC can you help?? Mad Mad Mad

Mick, did you use the original parts finder? At least parts I've looked up there always come back with Riva's prices.

yes I did, but for some of the parts I needed riva did not have them on riva's parts finder.
85 RZ350 not on the parts finder. This is why I went to yamaha.com to look at their's and they only have part # with no price.

KNR, I can see my email's being overlooked for a day or two, but pushing 3 weeks was way too much. Luckly im not in a hurry for the parts, as with im sure they wont have many of them in stock. That does not bother me, Im not ready for them but like to have the parts on my shelf ready for installation when I need them.

Thanks to BK for getting my prices the day I talked to him.

I feel same way, website for parts . . well . . I have seen better, as your's is so full of ads and non links that I just saw screw it.

Really like the forum, but I have still yet to get any replies from Riva myself on my '95 Sea Doo SPi? Is it beacuse it is not supercharged and newer than a 200 year model?

Come on Riva . . help us out!
No offense, ok . . .

Riva . . need a price on an impeller or prices
for several impellers for a 1995 Sea Doo SPi, as mine got a rock in it and it is still the original impeller. I got a price of $238.00 for OEM . . too darn high for an 10 year old model (5875) with a 580/587 engine in it. Need help for a better one that will last, but much cheaper . . your help is greatly appreciated!

Please reply . . . Thanks !

elebouef,
Yes, but only sometimes. And even if he did read every post every miute of every day he would still go to the department manager just as I did.

Tooldude,
If you would like pricing from us regarding parts for your Sea-Doo please contact our parts reps directly. I know this thread doesn't offer much of a positive view for doing so, but it's the best way. I don't work in sales and will only become a middle man possibly causing additional unnecessary delays and frustration without meaning to.
