LOL, I haven't posted in a very long time, but after seeing this I thought I would make my long awaited come back.
But, I'm surprised I haven't see that happen here in Wilmington. There are some stupid people with boats around here.

wtf happened!

ive heard/seen people try to pull out there full-full (masive cuddy cabins, power speed boats) size boats and the wheels start spinning and sliding and the driver freaks and puts the pedel down and the hole thing goes into the drink!!!

1. fault) people that use oversized tires (even worse duelly trucks) -the weight distributed by the width of the tire is spread out so in fact there is less pounds per sq inch gripping down.

oh by the way that incident above... here in s fla, the driver/owner was a lawyer and sued the city for not haveing a stop at the bottom of the ramp to prevent the trailer going past and submerg...

I cant believe they had it loaded in the car... there had to be a trailor... porple arnt the stupid are they??? then again I was LMAO watch poeple pull a 15 foot bostaon whaler on a piece of plywood w/rope 5mph with four small -mop bucket- wheels down sunrise blvd -very busy- to george english park ramp -launch site- and pusk it backwards down the ramp, everyone at the park watched and laughed there a$$ off, in the end the boad fell off and slid down the ramp -not making it to the water- low tide, btw it was practicaly brand new mint condition, may have been refurbed -but it look brand spanking new -new engine too-.

I gotta second that WTF!!

Just when you think that you have see it all.....

Money can buy a nice ski but not common sence. How many times have you seen someone new to boating, and all of a sudden they are all nautical and think that they are captain stubing.

Good pics since I'd be pi$$in myself laughin.

This sequence of pictures that has been posted everywhere was debunked over on rec.boats! The pics are reversed. Notice the blue tow rope in the top two pictures. These guys are not launching a pwc, they are pulling out a submerged SUV.

all the arm pointing and necessary photos now make sence assuming the suv is being pulled out of the water.. rear doors open to empty the water from the inside..

RICHFORMAN is correct, the tell tell blue rope... either way, at some point it began as a failed boat launch... that was some heavy duty rope to pull that SUV out, at least they saved themselve the cost for salvage, some poor sole is going to buy it.

Yeah, I do agree after looking at it that they are getting pulled out. But yes they had to have gotten in that situation some way or another, lol.
