Anyone heard if the IJSBA is still using the top 40% for qualifying again this year? The IJSBA has some of the schedules posted for this year also. For Region 1 Bullett has 16 Rounds and BP has 10 rounds.

Does make it more expensive to qualify (if BP is in IJSBA), though. I'd think they should carve up regions again.
