Ordered some parts last week and just recieved them last night. Turns out Riva shopped the wrong ones.
Pete from parts corrected the problem ASAP and will be overnighting me the correct parts today. I have to say, that Riva is top notch. I've been purchasing parts from thier company for 2 years now, and I expect to for as long as I ccan afford to be in this sport. ![]() [ 04-08-2003, 08:18 AM: Message edited by: njrealtor55 ] |

Jason --- I agree. I have had a glitch or two in the past and RIVA has made extraordinary efforts to make things right.

I have to agree. Riva is about the only dealer I trust. They do a great job. Brian Manchester used to work for them and now he is working at RedLine in Myrtle Beach and he has helped me here too. I guess he brought a little of that RIVA customer service with him! He's really a super person to deal with....so is RIVA

Riva reps. have proved that Riva Yamaha is the #1 dealer over and over again.
Many of us know this, but I posted this thread just to express some thanks for the efforts of the parts crew. Race Boat is good for the Aqualand MD race - tested it yesterday. IT'S VERY COLD OUT! |
