y2, im in one of the most shallow portions of the lake....i dug it out a few years back and have about 22-24" of water now....it is VERY low. i cant use my jet ski lift right now, so my xll is sitting in the water collecting scum. we NEED rain. once they open the *** its all over for my dock usage.

benny, temptations is cool...so is merge...honestly, its been about 4 years since i hit a club in seaside. they use to be good....some of the hotels in seaside are flea bags...just use good judgement. if you want a decent place off the strip, that i nkow of, go closer to island beach state park...there is a couple of hotels on the left side (ocean) that are ok. someone else that frequents seaside should comment.....

I thinkd that Benny and I are getting there sometime Saturday. We probably won't have time to ride. We'll need to get a room for the night and then go out to the clubs.

We plan on riding Sunday and leaving after where done.

Cya,
Steve

hey guys...

i'm not sure if i can make it or not, just saw this posted on Sd.net... I'm on Long island.

i saw mention of hudson ride... me and couple guys are gonna be putting togetehr a hudson ride up north in the next couple weeks... last weekend I rode long island jones beach out to jersey city and up around manhattan and back... so i wnated to squeeze in northern hudson before the season was over... i don't really winterize my ski so i'll ride whenever as long as the ramp doesn't have ice that's too thick.

how long a drive is seaside from long island?

and would you guys be interested in organizing anotehr trip before the winter? .. i've never done the CT river but heard it's a awesome ride... otherwise have the hudson river, can ride around manhttan....

What part of LI are you from? From the Verrezano Bridge, i would say 1.5 hours (no traffic).
