I am going to be buing my 1st pwc. i havnt dediced which one, but i want to know when to buy. i know now isnt a good time because its october, but what month is the best time? also if the dealer doesnt have the model instock that i want, how long does it usually take for them to order and recive it?

Actually, now can be a good time to buy. Dealers who are still sitting on '03 stock are really going to want to get rid of them. At this point of the season, PWC are taking up floor space that 4-wheelers could be occupying. I know of one dealer around here that is still sitting on a gorgeous looking '03 FX-140. Don't know if they still have it, but another dealer was sitting on an '02 GP1200R. If you can find a dealer still sitting on a model you like (in your case, you are going to find a leftover R-12X and the RXP isn't even out yet) you can probably get them to cut you a pretty good deal. You could probably find a left over GP1300R if you looked yard.
