Trace Mills really did an awesome job out there... He was in the hospital the night before qualifying getting an IV and some morphine for a problem he was having with his throat. He was in such bad shape he couldnt even speak at the awards ceremony.... my hats off to that kid.

Trace, James and PE kicking arse again! Good job guys.

Jarrett. Well The day after I got there I ended up sucking up some good size rocks in my pump. Took out my prop and damaged my stator pretty good. I had to go to the pits and start asking gpr owners if they had a prop I could borrow. Kenny Sims offered me one of his props out of his back up boat. My S3 motor couldnt turn that steep sucker out of the hole, but had good top end.
I ended up borrowing one from Mat Legerski (sp) it was a 13-19 repitched by Carl at LI to a 11.5-18. It was a arm yanker out of the hole but topped out at 64 mph.
No excuses here guys.. I brought my balls to the line with some of the most exotic ski's I have ever seen. First race was great with a 7th place and missing a bouy on the LCQ ended up 10th.
Oh yea I did run over the back of a RXP and got it on video. I got bumped 2 other times but nothing more than paint removal. I was real luckey compared to some of the other racers that I was hanging with.
Racing in the World Finals was truely a EXPERIENCE!!!

I did get too meet most of the guys at Riva,(Pat Weekly, Mike ?, Bill (the Man) Rutherford and a few other guys)
Laurel at Hydro Turf and Michele at Skat Trak.
Oh I met HydroToys and a few other RIVA Fourm guys!!

Mick
