About three weeks ago, I ordered a left rear view mirror and left grip for my 05 FXHO. I received the mirror, but never got my grip. I called the day I received my mirror and the sales dept explained that it was a mistake on their part, and that they would ship it out that day. I waited two weeks! Nothing. I sent an email to the parts dept last week and recieved no reply.
