Walmart In Kemah is clearing out some of the hunting and fishing stuff. One thing I found is a LED trailer light kit for 19.00 reg price is 49.00. Nice waterproof lights and wire.
Anyone want me to pick em up one for em if they cant make it just call my cell.

I'd love to make it, but I am still on the crazy 7x12 schedule at the refinery......sounds like its gonne be alotta fun !

They supposedly don't last in the salt. A couple buddies of mine bought them and got less than a year out of them.

Hope you have better luck than they did.

I have had LED lights on my double trailer for 2 years now. Still working, sealed up with no probs.. HOWEVER one of the LED running lights did leak and I replaced it, still working.
Who knows with made in china stuff.

Kemah Home Depot had there 7000 Peak kw 5250 run kw generators on sale for 399.00 from 649.00. 13 hour run time at half load with 7 gallon tank. I bought the last one!

One of the key habits to making trailer lights last long is to ALWAYS unplug them before you back your vehicle down in the water. This will prevent the electrolysis corrosion process from taking place and eating up the connectors/connections.

Doesn't matter if this an incandescent bulb or LED. Unplug them lights !

I am going on 3 years on my trailer and my lights still work fine. I did crack a lens on the rear and a side marker.

Preventative maintenence is the key to making anything last.
