Only because you tune them or showed them how. Also keep in mind, the RXP folks can now hit 72-73 with a couple of bolt ons.

As for Kerry, I don't trust the guy after all the lawsuits.

Who is running 72-73 with a couple of bolt ons. I have not seen the fist one yet. We have smoked every single RXP that has cross my path. Once cooler temps hit here we will hit 75-76 MPH and I sure hope them RXP dont detonate as reported in Doo.net after installation of Riva's intake and borescope inspection. Cooler temps will lean that ski out big time, and temps will go up. I hope that I am wrong.

Jarrett all of the specs for a 1300 BB are out there. Bore out 1200 cyls to 84mm and retain 1200 porting specs, R&D 45cc cast heads, 1300R Power valves, 14/21-14/23 prop pitch. 115 pilots, 130 mains with stock carbs.

No need to have a tunner if you know your basics. I AM NOT A TUNER. I work in different Law Firms M-F on PC's and setting up networks.

I do not fix any "2003 Server" issues on weekends Big Grin

Jarrett, you have to judge him already based on "hear say". I have been talking to him for over a year now and he seems to be a straight up guy. The lawsuits evolved after a linch mob attacked him based on hear say stuff.

I guess he is a 21st century witch being burn at the stake... BASED ON HEAR, SAY!!!!!!

Should we also assume that Racerrobb, OKredline, Stan, Jim Milliken and myself are accomplices???

Come on bud. I think that you are smarter than that!!!!!!,

Fercho, which firms do you work in? I practiced law in Houston for a little while.

I did forget to mention that the last RXP that I smoked was being towed 2 hours later by an XP because his battery died from not starting up!!! I never saw him again and the one before that one got eaten up out of the hole by me and the one before got swollen up by Razzbo out of the hole on his "2005 GP800" looking 1200 BB.

The RXP was the answer to my prayers. We are smoking a 215 HP ski out here with a single piper 1300 setup.

Now my 215 HP 1300R triple piper will pulverize any of them.

I think that the RXP will have potential once they have decifer the fuel mapping on it and have solved the pump and clutch issues.

BUT NOT YET!!!!!!!!!!

Great news from Yamaha, nothing new for next year so I don't have to wory about getting a new ski.
I was puting off my BB thinking that there might be something new but now I know just what to do.
For those of us who have GPRs the fact that Yamaha is sticking with it for another year just means that the parts will be around for ages to come.

BB time Wink

Fercho, I was just curious. But you can email me if you want. I still practice in Houston and if I come across a lawyer with computer needs, I will tell them you can make their systems run better with just a grate and some boring Smile

Didn't mean to rile you up that much Ferch. I haven't seen a GPR run over 71.5, but I'm not going to say they don't just because I haven't seen one.

As to the RXP blowing, I hope Riva did their homework. I am putting my trust in them.

And to Kerry, I'm not going to talk about him on the Internet. I saw first hand what happened to those that did.

Hop, I see where you're going here and you're starting to make a little sense. What doesn't make sense is why Yamaha would go to all the expense of detuning the HO motor AND designing and producing a brand new hull. Wouldn't it of been cheaper to just ramp up production of the HO and drop 3k off of the price? No new development costs, no new tooling costs, just drop the price 3k and ramp up production. I know, we would be getting too much for our dollar that way, can't let that happen.

The 110hp isnt going to push that FX hull...even if it is the ultra light one. It needs more hp to push it. The VX is a smaller hull...like the XLT..

And to Kerry, I'm not going to talk about him on the Internet. I saw first hand what happened to those that did.

I dont think that any of us have anything to talk about him since none of us saw first hand what exactly happened. There is a law that will protect those whose name is trashed in vane. all he did was enforce his right to it.

I would have done the exact same thing if you ask me!!!!

I was accused of stealing some software. 4 witnesses in the same office 3 weeks after I went back to do some more work, all females attacking me and pointing their finger at me. They all saw me take it. All of the sudden one of the secretaries find it elsewhere in someone else's offices. The fouy bytches took their brooms and flew out of their room when I went off on their AZZ. A good thing that I was not being accused of murder.

In my book Kerry is cool!!!

ZERO, ZILCH, NADA, GOOSE EGG!

NOTHING worth the money.

5 hps and yellow stickers, WOW, Yamaha was generous Roll Eyes

Superjet is now starting its 9TH(!!!!) year...

The VX is underpowered, but it might be one of the lightest 4 bangers, I'd be curious to see how it does with a SC'd Riva HO...

Everything 100%!!!
