Never dealt with Mark. The staff at Riva is great though, I've dealt with Mike Hodges when I got the custom Riva decals made up for the ski, had them done in no time. I've also done business with Pete and his boss, Brent I think. I received a Honda seat cover though I ordered a Seadoo. I call Riva on Saturday around midday and had the right cover in my hand in Marion, 1 hr. from Boston, by 3pm Tuesday.
