I was informed by the printer that all requests to domestic USA, US Territories and APO's/FPO's have been sent out. (They were mailed via U.S. Postal Service). Those of you closest to the central part of the U.S. can expect to receive your copy as early as tomorrow (Sat, 7/10). US Territories and APO's/FPO's will take a little longer.

Please be patient. I just received my copy at the shop Saturday. Took a little longer than I hoped. But then again, we are talking about USPS. Too bad their team doesn't deliver the catalogs. We'd have them in no time!!!

Haven't seen hyde nor hair of mine yet. I sure hope I am still on the mailing list. I've received catalogs in the past and I bought an RRE this past April. I hope that that will assure me of receiving the new catalog. Riva? As of today 7-22-04 no sign of it.

If you've received a catalog in the past 12~18 months you're definitely on the mailing list I provided. However, there is always the possibility of an error when the mailing list went through the qualification process the USPS requires. They're getting more strict every year. I got my catalog yesterday. Looks great! Much nicer looking catalog than last years from the quick glance I took before work friday morning. Big thumbs up!

I should have had more faith in you. When I got to my lake house this weekend, guess what was waiting for me in my mail box. YEP. The new catalog had arrived and was waiting for me. I didn't realize that it would be mailed to that address.

I got mine about a week or so ago. That was a pleasant surprise when I checked the mail that day. Saw a few new things in the catalog that caught my interest. Obviously the SeaDoo folks are getting their fair share of attention from Riva. Looks like the poor Honda folks are still out in the cold for the most part.

hmmm...I requested mine about 4 weeks ago, am I just being impatient? I want it NOW!!

We owe some of you an explination. Yes, we released our catlalog late. But, we wanted to get every last bit of info into it possible. You can't blame us for that!!!!

I've discovered that a number of people haven't received catalogs due to never receiving one prior to our recent mailing. I'll try to explain...

We use a catalog fulfillment service for our weekly requests. We suspeneded those mailings the week of the printing to prevent double and triple mailings due to overlap. We started mailing again this past week though. It's expensive enough to mail just one catalog much less three to one address!

Well, through speaking to one customer I determinded that due to his never ordering a catalog before the week we went to print he was caught in the overlap. So, his request went on hold basically until the fulfillment mailing was reinstated.

If after the next week you still haven't received a catalog please be sure and request one again by clicking here.
