Question:
Guys i own a home in seaside Heights . My buddy just gave me a beach dolly. I want to use it. What are the rules on launching. Is there a problem with dragging it on the beach. You know them. Will i get arrested?? and 5000.00 fine?? haha. Town hall said no. only on bay. What to do? try it? I have seen others at times.

spoke to state police and need to stay 50ft from shoreline and no where near piers. Know i have to deal with the local money makers. I am just going to drag it across and see what happens..Right Mike?

Why didnt you just call me and ask. Whats the matter with you? Smile
Listen John. Low Key is the best way , you know that. Obviously dotn do it during bathing hours allthough if you do I want to be there first hand to laugh. You can launch it comfortable anytime after the season is done. Depends what cops are on duty. That dirt parking lot was bought out by some1 so they have cracked down on it. Also, your ski is way too heavy to trudge through the sand with a bigfoot dolly, plus you live 2 blocks down from the beach. My advice is keep the dolly for emergency use and continue riding down to Barnegat Inlet by me, or trailer it down to me and we cross the bay together.
