Hey Guys I have a Vipec on the way
|

The Motec Sports Dash and the Motec ADL will both work with the ViPEC Ecu. A communication cable and adaptor are required for these products with the ViPEC Ecu. One thing to note though; the Motec Sports Dash and ADL both require a wire harness - There is no pigtail on the dash.
Other dash options are: AIM and Link Something to keep in mind while shopping around will be water proofing. Not all dashes are intended for PWC's. |

At this time we are not offering any display options. If you decide to purchase a display, I can provide you with the information to connect the Vi-PEC.

Hey Rob,
how about a couple of options like these I really like the switch for turning on and off data logging Switch 4 High Low Octane Switch When down “ LOW “ the Dash sends a signal on the ( CAN Bus ) back to the ECU Inside the ECU in this case we have that channel applied to both the fuel and ignition compensation tables, this allows the tuner to remove some ignition and increase the fuel a little to suit a lower octane fuel. When up (High Octane) The compensation tables switch to the other location and ignition timing can be phased in etc. Also when up the top right light will glow green to remind you that you should have good fuel in the tank. The dash also displays a “HIGH OCTANE” message intermittently. Switch 3 Data logging On/OFF This one is simple The ECU has a feature that allows the user to turn off the logging. The switch signal is sent back to the ECU. This can be used if you want to do some specific testing when you are out on a ride. You can turn the switch on and conduct your testing, then turn it off and carry on with your ride, maybe you have to travel a long way in a 5 knot zone to come back to your trailer so you don’t want to log all that. |

Good request!
The ViPEC ecu can easily accommodate these features. This would be nothing more than a matter of finding a high quality switch that can be mounted to the ski and wired in. If this is something your interested in... Please email me with what you would like to setup and I'll send you the howto's. |
