Have any of you guys modded your own intake grate..... I've read where lots of guys have and i just wanted to know the results... Sort of answer my own Question really?

What i want to know is what did you do to mod the grate... just simple cut out the center bar.... Does this really make a huge difference when riding in the sea? Which is where i ride mostly.... I have a R&D ride plate and was thinking of going with the Aquavain and just wanted all your 2 pence worth of input.... any ideas?

Also you guys that have tried the free flow exhaust from Riva... Hows it working? any difference in performance and what about sound?
