HI HAS ANYONE TRYED OUT THE DENSO IRIDIUM RACING SPARK PLUGS WITH THE ULTRA FINE ELECTRODE TIP? I HAVE, THEY HAVE BEEN IN A WHILE NOW SKI RUNS VERY DIFFERENT. NO MORE BLOWING PLUGS.
Irridiums have been in use for quite a while now. Their benefit isn't so much added performance as it is increased longevity and consistency. They're worth using if your craft doesn't have them already!

I bought some Denso plugs for my SXR because I couldn't get the NGK's. Apparently the Denso's I bought were the equivelent of the NGK's for my ski (and I guess Denso is a subsidiary of NGK). To make a long story short, they ran like crap. They were mis-firing, it was hard to start, etc. Anyway, went back to the NGK plugs, didn't change anything, ran perfect.
I don't think they were the model you are taking about, but if they don't run as well as the brand used originally in the ski, don't be surprised.
