I have a 05 stock STX-R
My buddy told me to get the Solas Concord 14/20.
I just installed it and haven tested it out yet. Ofcourse now I see that most places reccomend the 15/21.
Will I lose Topspeed with the 14/20 compared to the Stock OEM Prop that came in the boat. No right??

15-21 is the recommended, but just test the
14-20 and see the results. Check it by yourserlf, its already installed. Smile

Tested out the 14/20.
Holeshot is alot better even though before it was pulling hard out of the hole. Top speed I picked up 1/2-1 mph on runs.
As soon as I do a few light mods to the motor I will be swapping this out for the 15/21. All in all I say its a great prop on a stock motor to get real playful with and still pick up a mile an hour topps.

62.2mph has been my topps. Its beating everything in site out of the hole during some grudge matches but a lightly modded 1300r or stock RXP eventually starts to make the pass and continue walking away. Have yet to race either in moderate chop, I have my money on my ski. I posted this topic, hoping to get some Vids this Weekend to clarify my story.

You will DESTROY an RXP in the chop. I've sent several of them back to the boat ramp with my STXR. Had one guy tell me he accidentally turned his key off...HA They don't hook up worth a crap unless it is slick calm.

I like the 14/24R Skat prop or a modded stocker.

Hahaha, maybe you can "DESTROY" a RXP in the chop but definitely "NOT" a RXT, i eat 4 strokes STX-15F'S and 2 strokes STX-R'S for breakfast with my moded stage 2 RXT in the chop Wink

That may be true and then again maybe not. I haven't run into an RXT yet. I imagine it will handle the chop MUCH better than an RXP.

I doubt you have yet met anyone who knows how to "drive" their RXP, if you did you'd probably knock your teeth out trying to keep up.

Guys... Rxp / Rxt are one quick ski full stop.. Modded this and modded that, rider this and rider that... Guys the 15f is a great ski but and out the box the Rxp / Rxt will beat the 15f more often than not... but then you gotta think... SEADOO or KAWI.... and me.. well i'm just boring.. i'm going for my kawi everyday.
Oh yeah and one final thing... Erm the RXP / RXT has one slight difference... SUPERCHARGER... bolt that baby on the KAWI and you say BYE BYE Seadoo... in chop in calm over land under ground where ever.... Wink Just a slight hitch with its price tag... Can't have everything.......... yet. Big Grin

What teeth??? HA! If I wanted a comfortable ride in the chop with a 4 stroke engine, I would have bought a 32' Contender with twin Yamaha 250HP 4 strokes.

Too many problems with those SC skis (clutch, SC Impeller, Computers...)
I like my super reliable 15F. And for racing purposes my tripple pipe Ultra Big Grin
