while its on the trailer, put water in the hull until it's just above the driveshaft seal. then crawl under the hull and see where the water is leaking out. is it filling up while the engine is running? if so then it's probably a loose or leaking hose or possibly a gasket leaking water into the hull.

Well got it back from the shop the other day and lucky enough I did cause my warrenty was just about up.. Found out that the leak was coming from the front bow tie down (u bolt below the rail that is attached to hull) Some how I cracked the hull there.. Don't know how but it had to get reglassed.. Man I bet that costed Kawi a pretty penny.. Though you guys might want to know the outcome.. quote: Originally posted by PepCguy: Well guys leak test showed no problems.. This means either it is leaking from the hood or I have a cut hose that does not show up when I flush the motor by hose.. Guess it goes into the shop to let them find it.. Thank god for a warrenty
