I've got a nice 750 XiR ski. Previous owner left it with water in the motor and the crank is toast. Will also need an overbore. All other parts and hardware are fine.
If anybody out there has a need for XiR parts, I would consider parting it out. If anybody out there has a desire to OWN an XiR, I am considering rebuilding it to perfect condition (cosmetic refresh also available).
If you ever had a chance to see/ride one of these, they were a real impressive piece of work. The motor and pump were moved WAAAAY back in the ski for hookup. They had different porting, a cast expansion chamber pipe, and all sorts of trick closed-course stuff.
I'm not sure which direction to go with this ski. any advice is welcome.
