Update: I had to put Ultra 250 back in shop because the T-Connection on the stage 1 kit melted. So I am not sure if it was just a bad T-Connection but it was replaced with a metal one which seem to fix the problem. Where it say supercharged intercooler on the engine get to hot so it just melts the plastic T-connection. If you have this problem have it replaced with a metal connector.

Upgrading to a brass 'T' is a good idea. We've heard of this problem from several customers on both stock and modified craft.

Just to clarify the 'T' fitting is not part of our Stage I Kit.

Brass T will only hold up when the tube itself starts melting.

Fix it with this
