i have an ultra 150 i was running about 7000rpm's then i put on a 14/20 impeller on it, now it won't even break 6200rpm's.

my question is what can i do to get the rpm's up to push that impeller.

you got a 14-20?
from 7000 to 6200, that's a lot of drop.
Wy you change to a 14-20? What other mods you got?

i thought it could push it (i guess not)
i have flame aresstors and a water injection and water box

A 16-20 is the best choice.
Running AM FA without modifiyng your CV Carbs is dangerous. This are the best modifications for the Ultra:

1. SM Riding Plate
2. R&D Intake Grate
3. Solas 16-20 impeller
4. Beach House Sponsons
5. Solas Extended Nozzle
6. ADA 42cc Head
