It's been done. You don't hear much about it due to the minimal gain for a lot of work and $$$. It's similar to extrude honing the exhaust manifold. MSRP on the RXP-X is $12,999.00.

inchadeboca - Extrude honing yields minimal gains, is very expensive and there is a good chance they will break through the inner wall of the exhuast pipe which makes is useless. It's one of those mods you do when you've done pretty much everything else and you're still looking for a little more. Gorgie - With our RPM Kit no additional fuel is required so you do not need the Power Shot. You will be safe running 87 octane unleaded pump gas so long as it is fresh.

When I went to Maccracing I asked Chris about extrude honing the manifold. He said a stock 15f motor he dynoed made 8 more HP than stock. Cost was $450 which is reasonable for cost to power gain. He also showed me one he had laying around. Looked good. Give him a call if you have any questions or to hear it from him.
