Are there any after market coils and/or plug wires available for the GP12R,maybe something a little more.....heavy duty?I suspect another coil gone bad(same one that went bad 10 hours ago!!....#1 coil)What could cause a coil to go bad in less than 10 hours.The first coil went bad less than 10 hours after Advent CDI install,the second coil less than 10 hours after replacement.

Sea Doo coils allow you to use the high voltage setting on the CDI. NGK wires and boots.
Maybe something is causing your coils to fail - seems like a high failure rate. Red Ski - 2000 ported 1300 single piper Blue Ski - 2001 ported 1300 triple piper |

If I went with the SeaDoo coils which one would I get-are they all they same?
Where would I find NGK wires,are they ready made or do I make them up? I'm wondering if the CDI could be the cause of coil problems,the problems have been since I add the CDI.Thats the only change made to the electrical. |
