Just wondering if I can get some suggestions for jetting the carbs as far as a start point. I have a 2000gpr w/factory pipe triples, trued and welded crank, vilder lightweight flywheel, r&d 41cc girdled head, dominator intake manifold, 46mm mikuni carbs, riva cdi, riva flame arrestors.
Thanks Jeff |

I can't give you any specifics but when using teh Dominator manifold because it is a boost bottle you have to increase both teh pilot and the main jets quite a bit - maybe 15 each
if this is a rec ski you might want to replace the Dominator with a simple intake manifold it will probably make the jetting easier I have a couple extra GPR intake manifolds (used Riva nd new Protec) I don't need if you decide to go that direction philip dnwmt@cogeco.ca GP1300R Stage II - Step by step instructions http://rivaforums.com/eve/forums?a=tpc&s=6446095904&f=4...571066093#2571066093 GP1530R Stage II Big Bore - Step by step instructions http://rivaforums.com/eve/forums/a/tpc/f/4886094314/m/2481074825 Hydrotoys - all sorts of stuff! http://www.hydrotoys.com/gpr/ CajanDude - GP1200R Manual & Info http://www.cajundude.com/jetskihome.htm My Ebay Store – Used (good) stuff for sale: http://stores.ebay.com/Yamaha-GPR/?refid=store |
