I have 2 2006 vx110's and one of them has developed two problems. It started with overheating before we were able to ride and also while hooked to the tap. There is no water flow from the port whatsoever..it is only steam!!!!I didn't let this go for long so hopefully I didn't ruin anything. I have removed the hose and blew it out so I know it isn't clogged from the engine out to the port.Thge next symtom is when it is cranked it goes into what I call WOT. The first couple of times I shut it down immediately! I then noticed that if you blip the throttle continually it won't do it....until you stop blipping the throttle! I looked over the throttle cable and it all appears to be working freely and not hanging up. I unplugged it from what I call the throttle body and the hi revving goes away and it idles somewhat okay.

Any ideas? Other than taking it to the dealer! I have replaced the stator on one of these so I feel confident that if I'm sent in the right direction I can get it fixed!!!!

2 2006 VX110's unmodified.
