was swapping plugs and noticed that several bolts for the exhaust system were loose/sheared at threads (item 62 on the microfiche parts finder under "exhaust system"). The two bolts that mount near the plugs - one sheared and one loose - could not rethread the one that was not sheared. Also, there are two bolts that mount to the base of the engine - one of those was sheared. Any problem with leaving them alone? Exhaust does not appear to be able to vibrate/move around much as is. Thoughts?

3 out of 5 bolt that hold the rear pipe are bad. Not very good odds for a water craft. I would replace them before going back out.

OK - I'm gonna try to use easy-outs to remove the sheared bolts (hopefully) and be back in biz.
