I have a friend with a 2001 GPR, this is fully stock engine, he has 13/19 , 2 bar grate, pump plugged and sealed.

He made Flame arrestors and re jetted carbs, he rejjeted

110 lows (no acc pump)
120 high
1.5 NS
115 gsm spring

The problem is that the boat was bogging out of the hole as it was too rich

He rejjeted to

105 low
120 high
1.5 NS
115 gsm spring

Now the problem is that its hesitating out of the hole, its lean on the bottom end

Were is his problem ?? can it be he needs to change the spring ???
[Confused]

Try a 95 gm spring, pop of could be to high as you have already pointed out.

I would stay with the 105 and go out another 1/4 turn on the low speed adjusters. In addition to the 95 gm spring.

Does it die as soon as you stab the throttle from idle?

I was running 110 pilots with a dominator manifold and 37 cc heads.

Now it has flame arrestors on it right?

Cheers

Go back to the 110. He needs to check pop-off not just install the springs, confirm that the pop-off is 50-51 PSI synch the throttle and choke butterflies while at the bench and and try again. make sure that the choke cable is loose enough when the choke is not being applied. He can also try the 107.5 pilots.

I should work!!!!!

are pre-filters (water covers) being used?
is a stuffer being used?

I think both will act to richen the setting.
