What does 16.3 pitch mean on the 1300r stock 4 blade impeller as oppose to 13/19, 13/20, ETC. thanks

It means that prop is a striaght pitch prop as apposed to a solas being a varieable pitch prop
The stock prop is pitched 16.3 at the leading and trailing edges |
