I ordered some parts from Riva on the 15th, and had them sent over night (2-3 days) and they still have not been shipped. The reason I had them overnighted was to get them soon as possible, if I wanted to wait 2-3 weeks I would have done standard.

DEMAND a return of the shipping costs.

This is not a question for the forum. You need to call Riva and speak to someone there. No one here can answer the shipping question.
That would be your best bet for getting the correct answer.

I'm still waiting for an order placed on August, Samething has happened to me everytime I ordered from riva,paid $30-$40 for 2nd day and had to wait weekssss. Sorry, I know this is not a topic for this forum.
But I will also say that they have provided me excellent customer service. You should call or email riva directly.

One more who hasn't had a problem with Riva orders. Standard (ground) shipping to the midwest is 4-5 days. Call 'em and get your UPS tracking number. The only time I had to wait was when a part was on backorder
