do a search of the archives under either Pistonwash or myself (1200KS) and you should be able to find the recommended carb settings...

proper replacement N/S size is 1.5 for a stock engine.

Does anyone know the thread size for a Mikuni Main Jet?? I'm trying to fix a cross-threaded fuel return restrictor. Thanks!

Try these links, they may help. I believe it is a .75mm thread, but do some research and doublecheck.

Does 4mm x .7mm sound right for the thread on a main jet?

that may be it

I was thinking 6mmx.75, but that sounds closer to it. If you have a tap set, see if you have a die that the main jet will thread into, or a .75 tap that the threads overlap for reference. If you can't get it done, I can sell you a barbed double female fitting with the threads already in it, just screw yours into it. Have you thought about a plastic nylon barbed fitting? It will self thread into it.
