i have a 1993 seadoo xp650 and it beats my gp1200r from a standstill for about 40 to 50 metres. shud the waverunner beat it from a stand still. the waverunner is just finished being run in and i thought it would have beaten the 650 from a standstill. im pretty sure the 650 doesnt have any big mods or anything.

sounds like your pump needs resealing,do a search and check out how it done
